Congressman Joe Neguse (D-Colo.) led 25 of his colleagues in a bipartisan letter to House Education Appropriations Subcommittee Chair Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) requesting that the federal government give money to universities and colleges that study or research cannabis.
